2003
Pc Expertz Was Born
This was the time when we started our company. What drove us to start the company was the understanding that we could provide a service to individuals, sole traders, small business and SME companies in Trinidad and Tobago. We had a vision, we had a plan, however we had no idea how far we would go, the wonderful clients we would meet, and the great experiences in-store for us.

2005
First 4 Core Services Offered
This was the first period when Pc Expertz actually felt like it would stick around for a while. We realized we were growing more stable and began to organise our company to offer Four Core Services - IT Consultancy services, Network design and installation, Web design services and Computer repair services.

2008
Launch of a our Full Service Web Design and Online Solutions Division.
By this time we were beginning to see the trends of what clients required as personalised, yet robust and secure email servers, dedicated Windows or Linux based hosting, Web Design services.
In addition we offered our Do It Yourself (DIY) website builder, which is still offered to this day. This has become one of the most popular products, with entrepreneurs such as Music Dj's, auto-mechanics, craft sellers, caterers etc would set up their future business identity. -
2011
Launch Of Our Research and Development and Computer Repair Lab
Pc Expertz once again evolved with the implementation of a fully equipped computer lab to serve two main purposes. The Research & Development lab allows for the testing of new technologies in a controlled environment, long before the decision to implement for a client. This ensures that our clients are getting a tried and tested solution before it is implemented in their organisation.
The repair lab has the ability to perform repairs to computers, laptops, mobile phones or electronic equipment. It is vendor neutral and we have the capabilities to repair any brand, any age or equipment purchased anywhere. -
2013
Launch of our Structured Security Integration Division
We offer a number of solutions for CCTV systems, access controls, perimeter control systems and non-lethal crowd control technologies. We are one of the few companies in Trinidad and Tobago with the technology and capability to repair the majority of CCTV cameras, alarms and DVR systems that are currently on the market.

Implementation of Cloud Based Monitoring and Virtual Technician Services
Our cloud based monitoring and remote support solution serves to increase the efficiency of providing even faster technical support to our clients and allows us to know in real time any issues with their mission critical systems. We now have the ability to adress support requests and resolve them in minutes, without the need to dispatch a technician, resulting in substantial cost savings for our clients.

Implementation of our Client Information Portal
As we evolve, we have used changes the way we analyze and present data.Our client information portal allows Clients the access and convenience to request our services online. In addition to this, Clients have the ability to check the status of current jobs, track the length of time for ticket resolutions and allows us to be completely transparent with our service delivery.
