We at Pc Expertz Limited would like to take this opportunity to wish a very Happy and Prosperous New Year to all our Valued Clients, Technology Partners, Suppliers, Friends, Family, and those we have connected with over time.

The last three years were a challenging time to all because of the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. We have witnessed Trinidad and Tobago and the entire world change in many different aspects and have all journeyed through the drastic experience of the pandemic. We have endured covid restrictions, social distancing, the use of masks becoming the norm, borders closing, the uncertainty of the pandemic, vaccines and what a complex journey it has been. The economic effects of the coronavirus are expected to be long-lasting, and we have a lot of work ahead of us on the road to full recovery.

Reflecting on the year 2022

As we reflect on the past year, we are proud and grateful for all that we have accomplished. We have worked tirelessly to provide excellent ICT management and Technical Support to our clients during these very trying times. To ensure that we met and surpassed your expectations we established a dedicated customer experience team in addition to expanding our technical support team to provide you with more efficient response and quality of work.

We are grateful to our management and staff for their loyal support and commitment, and we continue to invest in our people and our operations, so that we can continue to provide you with the best possible experience.

What we accomplished in 2022

Here are some of the highlights of our achievements over the past year:

• Implemented our Complete Care Package – our flat monthly rate for unlimited technical support services.
• Welcomed Dell Computers as a preferred Technology Partner
• Welcomed Reolink Technologies as a preferred CCTV Partner
• Implemented the Retail Time cloud based Point of Sale Solution
• Became a DENTIMAX Dental Software Authorised Provider for both technical support and the Dentimax cloud based and on-premise dental practice management solutions as well as the Dentimax digital X-ray sensors
• Partnered with Microsoft and Godaddy to offer the Microsoft Office suite of products as well as enhanced email and website solutions.
• Hosted over 1350 client meetings with the 3CX PBX system and video conferencing solutions.

Our Goals for 2023

Pc Expertz has set several goals for 2023, the most important of which is to continue to improve our customer service to our clients using your valuable feedback which is much appreciated.

Some additional goals we would like to share with you are:

Growth of our Client Base

We can now offer even more efficient support because of our cloud-based helpdesk, ticketing, virtual remote support and our soon to be implemented A.I interactive help desk which will allow for 24hour helpdesk support and hundreds of concurrent sessions. Our Complete Care Package makes billing easier with fixed monthly rates.

Crime Reduction

We believe that crime reduction starts from focusing on the younger generation and as a result we are working on several initiatives where specific public recreational areas can be made safer, with proper CCTV surveillance, in addition to providing free internet access to anyone at these locations. We believe that if we can keep even one child off the street and interested in sports, art, music, agriculture, classes etc, this is one less person getting into a life of crime, paving a better and a brighter future for these kids, and by extension, Trinidad and Tobago. The first of these locations is on schedule to be completed by the end of January 2023 and we expect to have at least 3-4 completed in the first quarter of this year.

Cloud Backups and Storage Solutions

We have completed testing of our cloud-based storage application, which runs on the Amazon Web Services Platform and will be offering this as a new product this year. This now allows for the streamlining of backups for all data in one of the most secure and reliable storage solutions available. In addition to this is the ability to stay connected to internal teams and external users with secure storage and file sharing.
